CUTE - Capacity, Utilization, Time & EfficiencySoftware that calculates the efficiency and several indicators of more than 50 production lines. The application receives scheduled SAP production orders, the amount of pallets produced and plc's stops from machines to perform efficiency calculations and other KPIs in real time. It also has several reports for analysis of historical data.Calculations are divided by shifts and follow worldwide standard. |

Palletizing Robot MonitoringIn this project, the software connects to the central database of the palletizer and other software such as Factory Talk and RsLogix, in order to capture alerts and records in real time. These data are filtered and processed, receiving new levels of classifications, nomenclatures, and categories. The app generates stop and alert reports by turn, category, message, and location. |

Safety Notes
This tool allows the management of work safety observations as unsafe acts and conditions. Observations are performed directly by users in the system, allowing real-time analysis.

The CIL module allows programming and execution of all recurring tasks in all areas of the company. The routes are configured according to the place where they are carried out, frequency, inspector and machine status.
