Main module features
Guided implementation
The module goes live configured with your plant's categories, units and materials.
- Initial load of categories, units of measure, materials and stock balances, together with the warehouse team.
- Team support at the start of use.
Material master
Materials and parts organized by category and unit, with cost and minimum stock. With CMMS, there is a single register.
- Material categories and units of measure per plant.
- Materials with code, description, category, unit, supplier, cost and minimum stock, with images and documents (PDF).
- Cost updated automatically by the weighted average cost of receipts and inventory adjustments.
- Activation and deactivation of categories, units and materials, preserving history.
Receipts, reservations, issues and adjustments
Every movement recorded in ProMOS®, with stock and cost always up to date.
- Receipts with date, supplier, invoice, quantity and unit value.
- Reservations with expected issue date and status (pending, fulfilled or cancelled); issue recorded from the reservation.
- Issues valued at the current average cost, blocking withdrawal of quantities already reserved.
- Inventory adjustments from physical counts, with the difference and optional cost revaluation.
- Current, reserved and available stock, stock value and quantity to replenish calculated automatically.
- Validations that prevent negative stock.
Maintenance integration (CMMS)
With both modules, maintenance parts move through stock automatically. Integration is enabled per plant by H2W.
- Single register of materials and parts for the warehouse, work orders and plans.
- Automatic reservation of work-order materials, including orders generated by preventive plans, with the scheduled date as expected issue date.
- Automatic issue when the work order closes, with cost, and closing blocked when physical stock is insufficient.
- Reversal when the order is reopened and cancellation of reservations when it is deleted.
- Materials by work order: planned, reserved, issued and value.
- Material spending by department, equipment, component or order type; shortage forecast from scheduled work orders, with date and purchase cost.
ProMOS BI — Warehouse
Native analysis in the format of modern BI tools, with no additional Microsoft Power BI license.
- Stock value, period spending compared to the previous period, items below minimum and pending reservations.
- Monthly evolution of spending and receipts vs. issues.
- Spending by issue origin and top-spending materials; movements by type, category and material.
- Dashboards configured by the module administrator.
- Data integration with Microsoft Power BI and other systems (Power BI add-on).
Reports and analyses
To track stock, movements and costs — and support replenishment and stock reduction.
- Stock by material: receipts, issues, adjustments, current, reserved, available, minimum and value.
- Materials below minimum, with supplier and quantity to replenish.
- Receipts, issues, inventory adjustments and reservations.
- ABC curve of valued consumption and shortage forecast from pending reservations.
- Idle stock: materials with no issue for 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days, with value.
