Does ProMOS® work without installing any software?
Yes. ProMOS® is 100% web-based — accessed via browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) through a company-exclusive subdomain. No installation is required on any computer or device.
How many users can I register?
Unlimited users, at no extra cost per user. Registration is done directly by the client on the platform itself — no paperwork and no dependency on H2W for additions.
Does the system integrate with SAP and other ERPs?
Yes. ProMOS® has native interfaces with SAP, Oracle, Factory Talk, Power BI, and other ERPs and SCADA systems. It also connects to PLCs, scales, and RFID readers for automatic data capture.
In how many languages is the platform available?
The platform is trilingual: Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The language can be configured per company or changed by the user at any time.
Can I implement just one module and add others later?
Yes. The platform is designed to grow with your operation. Start with your priority modules and add new ones when needed — all sharing the same environment, users, and plant structure.
