Interfaces for Capturing and Sending Data
In this aspect, this system also has great flexibility for creating interfaces between systems, databases or directly with equipment such as scales, sensors and PLC's.
Interfaces for capturing product data, ideal cadences and production orders from the ERP system. Orders closed in ProMOS are sent to the ERP.
StarterAddition of interfaces for capturing produced quantities and machine stops. In this phase the data are sent by any other system that already contains this data to ProMOS.
StandardUse of the H2W Controller or a PLC to capture data from the production lines and send it to ProMOS. The capture is done with the help of an H2W system.

- Effects of OEE Improvement
- The improvement in the efficiency of a production line is directly related to the reduction of the cost of the final product. Below we simulate the cost per product in the same production line, initially with an OEE of 40% and later reaching an OEE of 60%:
