Third parties and temporary – Control of documents, work permissions, integrations and training.
This project developed by H2W allowed the centralization of the information, documents, and processes necessary for the management of third-party companies and employees, from the lobby and control of integrations to the authorization to perform services.
The flow of this software begins with the registration of third parties, for each of them, evaluations are carried out periodically where questions are raised that define the approval or disapproval of the company as supplier.
Subsequently, the employees of each company are registered, at this time the information is recorded such as function, expiration date of access, validity of the integration, among others; employees also undergo individual assessments, which may prevent their entry as a third party.
The training and expirntion dates of each third party are also recorded, including items such as NR's, forklift, munk, firefighters, etc.
This module is used by the entrace hall for the release of entry of all third parties and temporary, the system also allows the control of entry on weekends.
