This tool allows the management of work safety observations as unsafe acts and conditions. Observations are performed directly by users in the system, allowing real-time analysis.

- Graphs allow the visualization of results by category and behavior.

Logbook
The Logbook tool, or logbook, is used for posting subjects relevant to the operation. These posts can receive feedback from other users, such as on a social network.

FMEA
Tool that collaborates with the treatment of Nonconformity Analysis of different natures, containing the identification of the problem, investigation record, fishbone analysis, why-why analysis, root-cause analysis, action plans and validation of results.
- Analyzes can be created automatically from stops pointed out in the production module or from any other non-compliance.- Reports allow tracking the status of each analysis, adopted solutions and response time.

Inventory control
Tool that allows inventory control of different types of products such as PPE's and maintenance parts.

Action Plan
