This project developed by H2W allowed the centralization of the information, documents, and processes necessary for the management of third-party companies and employees, from the lobby and control of integrations to the authorization to perform services.
The process begins with the registration of third-party companies. Periodic evaluations determine whether the company is approved or rejected as a supplier.
Employee information is recorded including function, ASO expiration date, integration validity and training. Employees also undergo individual evaluations.
The module is used by the entrance to authorize entry of all third parties. The system controls weekend entries and validates documentation.
Reports allow viewing pending issues for each company and employee, facilitating monitoring.
Clients have the autonomy to configure the system by registering new training, activities, functions and evaluation questions.
Documentation and necessary information for managing third parties are securely stored in the system.
Pending issues such as low evaluations are monitored through centralized action plans.
Permit forms are created and approved in the system, validating documentation and training for service execution.
