Module used by the entrance hall for the release of entry of all third parties and temporary workers, including weekend entry control.

Work Permits

Work permit forms created and approved in the system, which validates the employee's documentation and training to perform the work.

Digital ID Card

The card shows the training and certifications that the employee has, with expiration dates for each of them.

Complete centralization of information

The flow of this software begins with the registration of third-party companies. For each company, periodic evaluations are carried out where questions are raised that define the approval or disapproval of the company as a supplier.

Subsequently, the employees of each company are registered. At this time, information is recorded such as function, expiration date of access, validity of the integration, among others. Employees also undergo individual assessments, which may prevent their entry as a third party.

Reports allow the visualization of the pending issues of each company and employee.
The client has autonomy to configure the system by recording new training, activities, functions, evaluation issues, etc.
The documentation and information necessary for the management of third parties are stored in the system.
Pending issues such as a low valuation of an employee or company are monitored through action plans.
Work permit forms are created and approved in the system, which validates the employee's documentation and training to perform the work.
