Industrial Production and Performance Management
Software that manages the main Performance and Industrial Production indicators, improving efficiency and reducing costs per manufactured unit.

CUTE — Capacity, Utilization, Time & Efficiency
Software that calculates the efficiency and several indicators of more than 50 production lines. The application receives scheduled SAP production orders, the amount of pallets produced and PLC's stops from machines to perform efficiency calculations and other KPIs in real time. Calculations are divided by shifts and follow worldwide standard.
Palletizing Robot Monitoring
In this project, the software connects to the central database of the palletizer and other software such as Factory Talk and RsLogix, in order to capture alerts and records in real time. These data are filtered and processed, receiving new levels of classifications, nomenclatures, and categories. The app generates stop and alert reports by turn, category, message, and location.
Production Program
Software that facilitates the production scheduling of the filling and process lines; production orders are related to the day and shift in which manufacturing is to take place. After production, the system compares actual vs. scheduled output to calculate scheduling efficiency.
Weighing and Preparation for Production
Software that captures data from scales of various manufacturers and types, generating weighing labels and registering them in the database. This system also contains the BOM (Bill Of Material) of the products and controls the weighing and preparation process of the SKU's for production.
BI — Raw Material Losses
Business Intelligence software that captures SAP information from actual and standard consumption of components used in the manufacture of each production order. Reports allow a better classification and analysis of losses.

Safety Notes
This tool allows the management of work safety observations as unsafe acts and conditions. Observations are performed directly by users in the system, allowing real-time analysis.
- Reports allow the visualization of OK and NOK observations by period, area, type, category, etc.
- This module allows the creation of action plans related to any observation.
- Graphs allow the visualization of results by category and behavior.
- Report per user to monitor attendance in completing the form.
Accidents and Incidents
Module that allows the management of Incidents and Work Accidents that occurred throughout the plant, storing occurrence data, photos, injuries, risk matrix, investigation, root cause analysis and relationship with action plans.
Security Audits
Audits carried out by safety technicians, in these audits a specific activity is evaluated to verify failures and opportunities for improvement related to work safety. The improvement points found are corrected through action plans immediately created for those responsible for each subject.
Permit To Work (PTW)
Module that controls the issuance of authorizations for the execution of safe services, such as hot services, services in confined space, excavation, lifting, services at height, use of scaffolding and electricity. The system contains specific forms for each type of work that will be performed.
Third Party Documentation
Module that organizes the management of documents for companies and third-party employees with features such as contact registration and evaluations of each company, management of training carried out for each activity, including integration, relationship with activities allowed by each third-party and work permits for weekends and holidays.

Module used in several countries, managing face-to-face and online training for thousands of users. Employees themselves can access the platform and control the status of each training session assigned to their profile.

Skills Matrix
Software that controls the level of knowledge of each employee for each skill required in their job. Reports enable the identification of talent, users with disabilities and skills with opportunities for improvement across the company.
Salary Equation
Software that helps HR maintain salary equality between employees with the same function, level and length of service in the company. The system also allows for increases based on Merit.
Management of Working Hours
System that captures data from turnstiles and time recording machines and calculates delays, absences, early departures, overtime, etc.
Vacation Management
System that calculates the vacation periods available for each employee, considering their start date and previous vacations. The employee himself chooses his next vacation period and the request is approved by his leader and HR.
Feedback from Employees
System that controls the entire annual feedback process for each employee. The employee himself initiates the process, filling out some questions and selecting other partners to fill in feedback about him. The process is closed by the leader through the system after the face-to-face meeting.

Yard Management System
This software allows the control of the trucks and transport vehicles during the time they are inside the company's yard for shipment or pick-up of cargo. The control includes several steps such as freight scheduling, weighing, loading, and unloading.

CIL — Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication
The CIL module allows programming and execution of all recurring tasks in all areas of the company. The routes are configured according to the place where they are carried out, frequency, inspector and machine status.
- Tasks can be carried out directly on the system through notebooks, tablets or smartphones.
- Various reports make it possible to monitor compliance with the tasks provided for in each area, route or by inspectors.
- For each operation, the system allows the configuration of methods, PPE's, expected time, frequency and file upload.
- Problems found in any inspection can be pointed out in the defect management module.
Defect Handling System
Module that allows the identification and solution of defects in equipment and in any area of the company (TPM labels). The tool allows maintenance and security teams to have real-time information on defects by area, criticality, type, etc.

System that allows complete management of the warehouse including functions such as material consumption, return, parts reservation, entry, adjustment and purchase requisitions. Module related to the maintenance system, automating most of the process.
Maintenance Non-Compliance Notice
System that allows the management of nonconformities found by the maintenance area related, for example, to incorrect or outdated parts received. The System allows automatic sending of e-mails to suppliers and can also allow the supplier to return directly to the system.

Quality Web
Digitize the various forms and checklists from Quality, production and other areas. In this software, the managers themselves configure the forms, generally used for Checklist, Jidoka, Weighing Monitoring, Centerline and quality controls for batch release, Calibration control, among several other applications.

Non-compliance Analysis
System that allows the management of non-conformities of different types, involving raw materials or finished products. Each type and occurrence of non-compliance can generate different workflows in the system, involving controls such as investigation, fishbone analysis, why analysis, root cause analysis, centralized action plans and recording of rework and effectiveness evaluations.
Change Management
System that allows the management of the entire flow necessary for approval and validation of changes in any area of the company, involving risk analysis, action plans to deal with divergences and approval of those responsible for each area. The system automatically monitors pending issues and next steps through e-mail alerts.
Quality Checklists
System that allows the recording of quality checklists carried out at each shift. Problems encountered are dealt with through centralized action plans. Checklists are related to the production module and validated by quality and production managers.
Quality Checks per Hour
System that allows the customer to create the variables that must be monitored every hour, in a personalized way for each production line. The system captures data from the production module to check if the line was running and which product was being produced, automatically adjusting the checklist.
