Maintenance Management
The CIL module allows programming and execution of all recurring tasks in all areas of the company. The routes are configured according to the place where they are carried out, frequency, inspector and machine status.
Contact usTasks can be carried out directly on the system while carrying out the work, through notebooks, tablets or smartphones.
Various reports make it possible to monitor compliance with the tasks provided for in each area, route or by inspectors.
For each operation, the system allows the configuration of methods, PPE's, expected time, frequency and machine status.
Managers have access to reschedule operations to adjust to each inspector's scheduled shutdowns and work schedule.
Problems found in any inspection can be pointed out in the defect management module, remaining visible in the CIL until the defect is resolved.
